Terms and Conditions for Stripe Payments
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the payment services provided on our website ("Website") using Stripe, a thirdparty payment processor. By using our services and making payments through Stripe, you agree to the terms outlined herein. These T&Cs comply with Dutch law and applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Chargebacks: You agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback requests with your bank or Stripe. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and quickly.
8. Consumer Rights and Right to Withdraw
Under Dutch consumer law (Wet Koop op Afstand), you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for purchases of goods and certain services. During this period, you have the right to cancel your purchase without providing a reason. This right does not apply to services already rendered or digital products if the download has begun with your consent.

12. Amendments to the T&C
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
